here's how to calculate the fee ~~~

🔵mulitply the number of adults/teens

13 years old & up by $5.55

🟢multiply the number of kiddos

2 ~ 12 years old by $2.22

🔴add those 2 numbers together

🟡that number is your total party rental fee

(& ya gotta add tax ~ sorry!)

🔵we DO NOT offer this discounted rate to parties

of 10 people & under

🟢if your party is 10 people or less,

the fee is~~~

•adults/teens 13 years old & up

$5.55 per person/per hour

•kiddos 2 ~ 12 years

$2.22 flat rate

🔴you certainly may come up to 1 hour ahead

of time to set-up

there is no charge for 1 hour set-up time

if you're a group & you're simply coming to Sundries to drink, eat, & play games,

that is not classified as a party

to receive the party fee discount that we offer ~~~

🔵you will need to book the date/time with

us before~hand

🟢we will need to know what type of party you

need (Anniversary, Graduation, etc...)

🟡we will determine which room will best fit your

needs & answer any questions you may have

🔵you are welcome to come in 1 hour ahead of

the booked party time to care for any set~up

needs that you may have

🟢you then have 2 additional hours for the

party itself

🟡additonal time after the 2 hours will be charged

there have been times when invitees to a party have chosen to stay at Sundries & play games after the party has ended

THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY our regular gaming fees if they choose to remain at Sundries - Thanks!

we don't have enough square feet for HUGE parties ~ but all of our rooms are great for cozy small~ish parties

🟠our rooms usually work best for parties of

approximately 20-50 people ~ give or take

🟡these people wanna be invited ➡️➡️➡️

we would Love! to - but we don't have the kitchen staff for that yet

feel free to bring any drinks/eats that you need for your party

we love it when people order from our menu

•any order from our menu is Not Included in the

party rental fee

•the menu item(s) will be charged to the person

who orders

•the menu item(s) will be charged as priced on

our menu

we had this street sign outside ~ facing the front parking lot

we dug a hole in the ground & set the post

but someone stole it

we reordered the components & rebuilt the sign

now it's safe inside the entrance area

we like it better here anyway ~

the corner of Meeple Street & Chess Court ~

where all the best games are played

in here are 2 large round tables that can seat up to 6 players comfortably

•the Cherry Room originated from the inspiration of this wallpaper

•we discovered it on a website in Sweden ~

& we just had to have it !!

•from there, the room evolved into the fun & unusual space that it now is

•we even scored matching chairs

•if you've never sat on a pink chair, here's your chance!

& we've got cherry red chairs

under a cherry neon light !

when you come in with kiddos, you will be seated in the Family Room

in here we have ~~~

•booster seats for toddler kiddos

•highchairs for baby kiddos

the Rook Nook has been designed in such a way that you can play tabletop games ~

but feel as if you're in a cozy home space

these little chess pieces came to hang out with the Rook

at the far end of the Family Room is the entrance to the Kid Kave

(it's not really a cave)

the KidKave is an extension of the Family Room

when the kiddos are in there, the adults can easily continue to play games

•when you & just 1 other person come in, you will be seated here

•shades of green surround you ~ sage green cascades from above

•our 5-year-old grandaughter calls the ceiling decor "green spider webs"

the room features unique triangle~shaped tables along the walls

2 classic black round tables in the center

this mural was hand~painted

it's even more beautiful in person!
