1} each and every item is custom-made - we assemble the color/design/size, etc...then create the item specifically for you
as a result, we are not able to accept returns and/or offer refunds for ---
Example: if you were to decide that you need/want a different size of a t-shirt, we would have to design and then make an entirely new t-shirt
2} please enter your address complete & correct
if your order has an incomplete/insufficient/wrong address, the package(s) will be returned to us marked "Undeliverable"
we cannot issue a refund for the item(s)
we will need to re-send the package(s)
this will result in a re-ship fee
once we have confirmed the complete/correct address and the re-ship fee is paid, we will re-send the order
3} please claim your packages
if you do not claim your package(s), it will be returned to us marked "Unclaimed"
we cannot issue a refund for the item(s)

4} if the item(s) you received inside your package(s) is - damaged/defective/misprinted/not what you actually ordered, we will correct the situation
you will need to submit a claim
please submit a claim within 14 days after the item was received (detailed below ↓)
5} if you never received your package(s), you will need to submit a claim
please submit a claim within 14 days after the package was due to be delivered (detailed below ↓)
we will first check the tracking info - if the tracking info shows the package was delivered, we cannot issue a refund

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM -

we will respond to your claim and start the process to remedy the situation
regarding damaged/defective/misprinted/not what you actually ordered item(s) - we will require pictures of the item(s)
