GATE - medallion

comes with a ribbon & a hole to thread it through

(you can certainly discard the ribbon & use a chain, metal ring, plastic tie, small carabiner, thin rope, twine, etc...)

hang the medallion on the gate

OR -

hang the medallion on a hook that is on or beside the gate

OR -

place the medallion on a desk or table near the gate

below are 2 different techniques to use your new Medallion

use the technique that works best for your personal situation - OR create your own technique!

1. place the medallion on or near the gate that needs to be locked

leave it there UNTIL YOU HAVE LOCKED THE GATE

after you have locked the gate - Take The Medallion With You

having it with you will remind you that the gate is indeed locked

the next time you unlock the gate, return the medallion to the gate!

2. place the medallion on or near the gate that needs to be locked

leave it ON THE SIDE THAT REMINDS YOU TO LOCK THE GATE

after you have locked the gate - Flip The Medallion Over to the side that states that the gate is indeed locked

the next time you unlock the gate, flip the medallion back over again - until next time!
